8:00 A.M. - Call Factories

First thing each morning, I sit down at my home office desk with a cup of coffee - ready to make my factory calls. I start up Road Rep and select the Factory Window (1) where I keep all my factory information. My first call results in learning about the just released super duper Cracker Jack Audio component from Precision Audio Limited (PAL). I open Road Rep's Product Window (2) and enter PAL's just released component. Takes about 30 seconds, but it pays off later today.

	Factory Window The Factories Window displays a scrolling list of the factories contained in your database. You can locate factories by either scrolling down the factory list or using the Fast Finder. Once you click on a Factory row, Road Rep displays its information at the top.
	Product Window Reps keep a complete list of all products carried by all of their factories in the Product List. Road Rep stores information on products with ID numbers, description, the factory that carries it, and prices. No need to carry around heavy books with confusing categories, just use the Fast Finder to locate the product you need!
